fix: Media Flow Makefile - remove PKG_FILE_MODES, add BuildPackage

Browse Source 
- Remove PKG_FILE_MODES that caused chown build errors
- Add missing $(eval $(call BuildPackage)) macro
- Add explicit install rules for all resources
- Bump version to 0.6.1
