- Added v0.15.0-rc2 entry for firewall bouncer fix
- Updated roadmap to match campaign.html planning:
  - Phase 4: Beta Testing (Q1 2026)
  - Phase 5: Crowdfunding (Q2 2026)
  - Phase 6: Production (Q3-Q4 2026)
  - Final Delivery (Q4 2027)
- Incremented PKG_RELEASE to 2
